Rally to hold for Meek Mill in Philly Tonight

Organizers say the criminal justice system has failed the rapper and "millions of others like him."

On Monday night, Philly will hold a rally in solidarity with the rapper, whose two- to four-year prison sentence for violating probation has been a much-talked-about piece of news since it was issued a week ago.
Mill’s punishment has sparked outrage, petitions and debates over race, criminal justice and prison reform — which many have weighed in on, 
At the rally in Philly on Monday, organizers will “address the inequities of the criminal justice system for people of colour, from arrest to sentencing.”
The rally is slated to run between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. outside the Criminal Justice Center, located at 1301 Filbert Street in Center City.
According to shakasenghor page a banner was for the rally as placed.
