Igbo In Lagos Pledges Support For Ambode’s Re-Election

The quest to be re-elected to the Lagos state topmost seat seems to be getting a head way as Igbos in Lagos pledges support for the re-election bid of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode for a second tenure in office.
This was revealed by the Igbo spokesman in Lagos State, Dr. Innocent Nwankwo, as he led members of the Igbo community in the state to the stamp their seal of Ambode and the inauguration of the Women Forum in the Badagry Division which is set-in-motion by Seyi Bamigbade, Coordinator General of Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard.
According to him, 
”I am calling on all non- indigenes to enroll en-masse and be in a position to vote in credible candidates such as Gov. Ambode. It is our collective civic responsibility. We must return all our votes for him come 2019 to ensure we get five million votes for the tireless Governor. “ he said.
Princess Sewede Pot- Balogun, the Coordinator of the Women Forum, also gave her support and urged all to rally round to see Ambode return elected as governor come 2019. she was also gave a pass mark to the governor for several infrastructural strides in the state. According to her, 
”...we benefited from the programmes and plans of Gov. Ambode led-administration. This is why we are announcing our support for his re-election so that he can continue to make our division and Lagos an enviable state.. ”
